Gophers defensive line coach Winston DeLattiboudere III, who has quickly moved up the coaching ranks since his playing career with Minnesota ended after the 2019 season, is leaving to become the defensive line coach of the Arizona Cardinals,

Arizona Cardinals offensive line coach Klayton Adams has been hired by the Dallas Cowboys as their new offensive coordinator.

The Cardinals defense is coordinated by former Gophers linebacker Nick Rallis. The Edina native has been in that role since 2023 after stints with the Vikings and Eagles. DeLattiboudere will now join his former U teammate in the NFC West.

Over the weekend the Arizona Cardinals dove into the college ranks to hire Ohio St.’s Justin Frye as their new OL coach and then Minnesota’s Winston DeLattiboudere III as their new DL coach. Cardinals’ connection: Winston DeLattiboudere and Nick Rallis were teammates on the Gophers back in 2016.
