Conclave won big at this year’s BAFTAs, taking home four awards, including best film and outstanding British film. The Brutalist also secured four wins, with Brady Corbet winning best director and Adrien Brody best leading actor.

The British Academy's ceremony in London, hosted by Scottish actor David Tennant, honored Mikey Madison and Zoe Saldaña in the actress categories and Kieran Culkin as best supporting actor.

Chasing the leading two is Brady Corbet’s The Brutalist (nine), Sean Baker’s Anora (seven), Denis Villeneuve’s Dune: Part Two ( seven), and Bob Dylan biopic A Complete Unknown (six). The BAFTAs are yet another Oscar precursor that may give us a clearer indication of what’s to come at the Dolby on March 2.
