A video taken by undercover conservative outlet "Accuracy in Media" helped lead to Texas AG Ken Paxton launching a lawsuit against a school district north of Dallas for allegedly illegally teaching critical race theory.

The attorney general office’s lawsuit is based on an undercover video published in February by a conservative activist group.
