Canada’s TerraVest Industries, owner of Advance Engineered Products, has announced its acquisition of Entrans International.

EnTrans International, a US manufacturer of tank trailers and transportation hardware, has been acquired by Canadian home heating products company TerraVest Industries in a deal worth $546m.

TerraVest Industries has acquired EnTrans International, a North American manufacturer of tank trailers and transportation solutions, from American Industrial Partners (AIP).
