The second in a series of atmospheric river storms is set to arrive in Northern California on Monday, prompting flood watches for much of the region and a winter storm warning up in the Sierra.

Parts of Northern California are under a flood watch through Tuesday as an atmospheric river brings heavy rains to a region that’s also anticipating plenty of snow.

The National Weather Service has issued warnings for severe weather in California, including heavy rain, snow, and strong winds.
