Daredevil: Born Again's Charlie Cox Almost Played Foggy Instead
Charlie Cox recently spoke about how he was initially shortlisted for the role of Foggy Nelson instead of Matt Murdock for the Netflix Daredevil series. The actor will reprise the title role in the upcoming Marvel Studios production Daredevil: Born Again.

While the upcoming fifth and sixth Avengers movies, Doomsday and Secret Wars, will be filled with Marvel heroes, Charlie Cox wants Daredevil to be in them. Speaking British GQ, Cox expressed his desire to play Daredevil in other Marvel projects. He specifically named Doomsday and Secret Wars as two potential targets.

After the Defenders Saga came to an end in 2019, Daredevil has since joined the MCU with cameos in Spider-Man: No Way Home and She-Hulk, as well as appearances in Echo and Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man.
