The Chesapeake Sheriff’s Office launches the Hope Foundation, a charity aimed at supporting vulnerable residents and fostering community led by Sheriff Chadwick.

The new nonprofit aims to bridge the gap between law enforcement and the community through mentorship, elderly victim assistance and special needs programs.
