With the Lakers down by 18 points in the fourth, the Celtics' Jayson Tatum blew past James and drove to the basket for a layup. Tatum made some minimal contact with James and may have grazed James's chin with his right elbow, but James—ever the league veteran—expertly sold the foul:

Lakers superstar LeBron James did not appear to be overly concerned about the injury he suffered in the fourth quarter of Saturday's game against the Celtics.

The Lakers, who fell to 40-23, can't afford to spiral without James, who's reportedly out for one to two weeks due to a groin strain. The four-time MVP's agent, Rich Paul, however, issued a gloomier outlook.
