The Patriots announced their 2025 coaching staff Wednesday. Head coach Mike Vrabel has hired 19 new assistants, including offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels and defensive coordinator Terrell Williams.

Mike Vrabel continues to add veteran coaches to his Patriots staff, reportedly hiring Doug Marrone to fill an unspecified role in New England.

According to several reports, Mike Vrabel is adding a pair of former NFL head coaches to his staff in Doug Marrone and Thomas Brown.

Vrabel, who coached for six seasons in Tennessee, brought in a variety of new coaches to the Patriots. In total, four assistants on this staff have head coaching experience with offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels, offensive line coach Doug Marrone, tight ends coach/passing game coordinator Thomas Brown, and senior defensive assistant Ben McAdoo.

Vrabel has a mix of experience and youth on his Patriots coaching staff, including Doug Marrone, Thomas Brown and Ashton Grant on offense.
