The convenience store wars in Pennsylvania could be entering a new era. Sheetz’s proposal for 454 W. Ridge Pike in Limerick Township came up during a town board of supervisors meeting on Tuesday.
If Hempfield supervisors approve the site plan Monday, an old Rite Aid building on Route 30 will be demolished and a Sheetz convenience store and gas station constructed on the property.
