The Minnesota Wild have traded former Gopher captain Sammy Walker to the Utah Hockey Club for future considerations.

The Minnesota Wild and Utah Hockey Club have both made a trade today, that will see one of Minnesota's centermen head over to Utah. The 25-year-old forward has tallied one goal, one assist, and three points in 13 career NHL games from 2022-24 and most recently made four appearances with the Wild last season.
