Nvidia is bringing back a tool for getting its new GPUs into the hands of gamers—weeks after the GPUs went on sale. The release at the end of January saw many stores running out of GeForce RTX 5090s and 5080s quickly,

That's what we saw over and over again this morning when trying to buy Nvidia's RTX 5070 Ti. Unfortunately, the GPU experienced the same launch-day troubles as the RTX 5090 and 5080: Low supplies and high demand made the PC graphics card nearly impossible to buy.

While graphics cards have been getting almost ludicrously more powerful over the years, it's also been increasingly difficult to actually buy one. In an effort to address this problem, NVIDIA has introduced a plan it's calling Verified Priority Access for its recently released GeForce RTX 50 series of GPUs.
