FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — The Three Rivers Festival Board has passed a motion Monday night to file for bankruptcy. With this motion, the festival for the 2025 season would be canceled.

Fort Wayne City Council will not accept new applications for funding out of the Legacy Fund for about six months.

The Legacy Fund has contributed to major projects around the city, such as riverfront development, trails, and construction.
