The BBC has today published the findings of a review carried out by Gemma White KC into what the BBC knew about Tim Westwood’s conduct during his time at the BBC, and how it managed those complaints at the time. Tim Westwood worked for the BBC as a Radio 1 and 1Xtra DJ between 1994 and 2013. The review was commissioned by the BBC Board.

The review was launched following allegations about Westwood, who was accused of sexual misconduct and predatory behaviour by multiple women in 2022.
