Crews are getting ready to switch from snow and ice to potholes, especially as warmer weather is expected to make more pop up around the city.

Local leaders are holding an event Thursday to announce a new innovation hub, giving new life to a historic Toledo building.

While there is not official start date, LCEO says the construction will consist of a 45-day closure of the intersection.
