After nearly an hour of discussion, it took the TSSAA's Legislative Council less than a minute to deny all three proposals to amend the current rules regarding the association's Transfer Rule.

On Tuesday, the TSSAA Legislative Council metto determine whether to amend the Transfer Rules and/or the Residence Rule - ending in all three proposals present

Rep. Scott Cepicky, R-Culleoka, proposed House Bill No. 0025 in December, which would change TSSAA transfer rules to allow athletes one free transfer without eligibility restrictions. The bill's language was more direct than previous legislation aimed at the TSSAA’s transfer regulations, and it has Senate sponsorship.
