Dec 20, 2024 · Champaign County Sheriff Matthew Melvin appeared in Champaign County Municipal Court on Friday on the charge of OVI. In the early morning hours of Wednesday, Dec. 18, Melvin was arrested and charged by the Urbana Police Division for the misdemeanor OVI.
