Bibingka: The Heart of Filipino Christmas

Let's make one of my favorite merienda, Bibingka Bisaya. They're soft, slightly sweet, and super easy to make! Best served hot with coffee. Lami kaayo!😋 Ingredients: 2 cups rice flour 3/4 cup sugar 2 tsp instant yeast 1/2 tsp salt 400ml coconut milk Directions: -In a large bowl, combine rice flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt.
