Reverse searing is so easy, a kid could do it! Now I definitely didnt let my toddler cook these lol, but if you are new to cooking steaks, it’s honestly the best method to start with! It can be done in the oven, smoker, or grill and because of the low and slow cook, you build some incredible flavor and also have alot more control over the temp!
