This was probably our most ambitious trip we've taken by rail in Italy with our children 🇮🇹 16 days, 3 accommodation bases, 2 airports and over 100 train tickets in August school holidays 🙈 All in we visited Rome, Chianti, Florence, Pisa, Lake Garda, Verona and Venice and had lots of down time too, which was very needed due to the heat.
