Row Tips🦈 You can’t isolate individual muscles, but you can target some muscles more by tweaking certain exercises to put the emphasis on where you want to grow. For back, and legs for that matter, I’ve personally seen more growth with using higher rep ranges with the max amount of weight for those reps.
