Numbness/tingling in hands. There are a number of reasons why this could be happening and a various treatments for it. If you’ve been to rehab for it, I’m sure you’ve done the nerve glide exercises like the one where the arm is off to the side, wrist extended, head bent to the side, then bend the elbow flex the wrist and tilt head to opposite side. Solid exercise. But possibly it hasn’t worked for you. This one might do the trick. Changing the angle of the extended arm can make a big difference.
